Did not trust the recommendations I’d gotten from my local Mazda dealership since they had made what I thought were excessive recommendations before. Brought to Green Village Garage and got what I thought was an honest assessment of what needed fixing/serviced on my 2014 CX5. They fixed/serviced what needed to be done, worked with my extended warranty company to get some of the repairs covered and found alternatives to some of the expensive repair recommendations by the dealership. Responsive to my concerns, competitively priced and honest. I’ll be back.

This is a unique auto repair shop, and I would put them in the best-of-the-best category. The team of technicians is professional and high-integrity. They are very experienced and knowledgeable, whether working on maintenance, diagnostics, or repairs. The communication is open, honest, and transparent. They take time and patience when answering your questions or addressing concerns without being condescending or defensive. I first used them for an air conditioning problem, and they provided an excellent end-to-end experience. The customer service "department," Jeanette, is also friendly and knowledgeable about cars and trucks. Appointments are made, and commitments are met unless there is an unusual circumstance. The repair price is fair, and photos of problem areas are sent to you for review. The office is clean and comfortable, and the technician's certifications are framed and hung on the walls. Both the office and shop are spotless. This team makes you want to come back. Do not hesitate to give them a try!
