I came in for routine maintenance and ended up needing a few additional services. They provided a detailed checklist outlining everything recommended, complete with photos and clear explanations of what each service was for and why it was needed — super helpful. The team is incredibly friendly, and Jeanette is the best. They also return your car exactly as you left it, with helpful info and a branded bag placed on the seat. I really appreciate when mechanics respect the interior of your vehicle — no grease, and they even put protective paper over the floor mat. I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs!

I’m so very happy to find that the garage is capable of dealing with Electric cars which have the same Suspension and brake problems as older ones. They are very well trained, and knowledgeable about what to do and will offer many different options.

Limped in with a flat tire. Very pleasant experience. GVG gave me a lift to the office and matched/replaced my tire same day. Reasonable price, nice staff.

So far so good with GVG. Initial examination of my Cadillac SRX was exceedingly thorough, identifying a host of potential issues, several of which I had No idea existed. Will be having them work on several repairs in the next several weeks before proceeding further, but have every reason to believe everything will be done well, per the maintenance manuals. Will provide update at that point.
