GVG was great. Needed to bring my car in during a narrow window of time, and get it back by a specific time to make a business meeting. They met the schedule as promised, even though the shop was super busy that day, and was on my way. Thanks guys.

Communication needs improvement. Scheduling also needs work. This was a big job but did not seem a priority. Offer of loaner not made till well into process.

Today, I had my car in for an oil change and general inspection, so I needed to sit in the GVG office for about 3 hours while the work was being done. That gave me time to observe the operation of the shop and chat with several employees. I was quite impressed with the close and friendly management of the work being done for me and other customers. I also appreciated the well organized and computerized record keeping evident when I received my bill ---- the story of my visit had been promptly and conveniently documented. I feel I got good value and will return to GVG next time I have automotive needs.
