The team is aware that I only have the one car and made arrangements for me to not only leave my car but asked if I needed it back by a certain time. So I blew a tire on Thursday morning, 12/14, and had a holiday dinner with out of town family on 12/15. I dropped my popped tire off on Thursday afternoon so Mike could look at it and my car off Friday morning. I had a new tire along with a vacuumed interior (bonus!) by 5:00 on Friday evening and was able to make the family event. Very grateful to Jim and Mike for the quick turnaround. Thank you so much!
