Thank u for providing a loaner car. I was able to take care of my errands. Very disappointed to find that the loaner car was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND NOISEY - If I didn't have things to do, I would have asked for a ride home and not use that car. It was the dirtiest, discusting car I have ever used. This certainly reflects on your business. I would b so embarrassed to let a customer drive a car in that condition. Sure hope it doesn't happen again. Mechanically, u r great. Don't let a "dirty loaner" reflect your business ethics. Sincerely, Gail McGovern
Thank you for the review and taking the time to give us some honest feedback. We apologize that the loaner was so dirty. Under normal circumstances we have an opportunity to look over the loaners between uses. This didn't happen because of the immense amount of construction going on around the shop. It is very difficult to get customers in and out until everything is done, so we have been trying to give people rides home and use of our loaners as much as possible to reduce the foot traffic here until we are back and running to our full capacity. We should have never let the car leave like that, even if we didn't take the time to clean it up from the previous user and although that is the reason it is not an excuse. We try to provide the highest quality of service and experience for our customers and although we succeeded with the vehicle repair, we failed in our customer's overall experience.
