I was very impressed with the service provided at Green Village Garage. I live out of state and was driving up to visit my parents who live near GVG and is where my father takes his car for servicing. The check engine light went on and I stopped to have it checked and was told of a needed repair but was able to continue to my destination. I called my father and he called GVG and they said I could drop off the car when I arrived and they would take a look at it the following morning. They were very professional and honest. There was no pressure and I decided to wait until I returned home to have the repair completed at the place where I have taken my car for many years for repairs and routine car maintenance. But I do highly recommend GVG to anyone looking for a quality, customer service oriented car repair facility and would absolutely use them for car repairs if I lived locally in that area.

As always I knew I can count on GVG to help me with my car. The team is aware that I only have the one car and made arrangements for me to not only leave my car but asked if I needed it back by a certain time. They have on other occasions lent me a loaner car for me to get to work and back. Thank you so much.

So I blew a tire on Thursday morning, 12/14, and had a holiday dinner with out of town family on 12/15. I dropped my popped tire off on Thursday afternoon so Mike could look at it and my car off Friday morning. I had a new tire along with a vacuumed interior (bonus!) by 5:00 on Friday evening and was able to make the family event. Very grateful to Jim and Mike for the quick turnaround. Thank you so much!
