But performed with exceptional care and unmatched professionalism. Every process along the way was documented and shared with me via text messages and emails. They even pointed out to me about some additional work that needed to be done on my vehicle in order for it to be safe. Something that I had not noticed and wouldnt have been concerned about until they pointed it out to me. THANK YOU GVG!!! They werent just telling me to do something because it needed to be done. Or trying to sell me unnecessary services. They gave me a very detailed informative explanation as to what they found and why the repair should be done. Documenting it with photographs and video to show me physically what they were referring too. 100% transparent with what they found and even offered several options for me to help resolve this situation.
