My experience at GVG was great from start to finish. Making the appointment with Jeanette was easy and she scheduled me very quickly when told I was having a transmission problem with my car. When I arrived they were prepared with all the correct parts needed to complete the repair. Pat the technician explained each step in the process so I completely understood the procedure. The problem was fixed in a timely manor and I felt the cost was more than fair and reflected the quality of the work performed. The overall customer service was excellent. I will continue to bring all my vehicles maintenance needs to Mike and his staff from now on. Thanks again !!!

Transmission repairs can sometimes be challenging, but in this case we were pleased to find a simple solution that staved off a complex and costly repair.
